The age is 6000 T.D. in the city of Lore. A once grand elven city abandoned during the Infinitium Empire’s mass genocide against all non-humans. After the blood shed it was claimed as human and sense has remained within their dominion. Though the vast armies that once guarded this grand city have been sent else where within the empire… noble families are beginning to speak out against the current leaders. The Thieves Guild and the Assassin’s guild both fight for each other’s territory and services while putting down anyone and everyone who gets in their way. it’s a bloody truth that this once great city has been brought to its knees by its own greed… can one survive a city where so much as speaking out against the underworld could kill you. When the governor and his men listen deafly to all complaints and the guards sit on idle hands… good men die every day… is it time to make a stand… or follow the rut that leads straight to hell.
Lore. Is divided into four sectors separated by bridges over a large river. They each are controlled by their own group, and these dominate groups are divided into multiple smaller groups.
Turu. The Noble’s Wall. Turu is a heavily fortified and gated section of the city. Only persons within the town guard, soldiers, nobles, politicians, and loyalty sworn servants are allowed access. Ruled by the Governor the nobility. The Governing family is the Dragor, headed by his lordship Michael Dragor.
Kavar. The Thieves’ Den. Kavar is the slums of the city, here the Thieves’ guild rules supreme. They are separated into different gangs though the founding gang is known as the Crimson Tears.
Makro. The Night’s Silence. Makro is reserved for commoners and lower nobility. It is also home to the Assassin’s guild due to lower class nobility having the most small fiery squabbles between themselves. IT is divided into different families, each with its own don. They are lead by the Alexei family and are not to be screwed with.
Kortus. The Golden Fountain. Kortus is the merchant district, here all sellers of wares and dealers of trades are allowed to peddle their goods and services… they are not allowed to do so anywhere else within the city. This is also the largest bazaar in all of the Humanic Empire and serves as their main trade center.
There is a fifth section of city that holds a single estate of its own. Sitting in the center of the river’s crossing and is connected to all other parts of the city. This is the city’s lords manor. Lord Darklore is not to be disturbed by anyone… as such he has left a governor in charge of keeping the city under control.
